| Build starts on Marshall House site | |
Denne Construction are on site with the replacement for Marshall House in South Kilburn. Marshall House was the first block in South Kilburn to be demolished as the large scale regeneration of the Estate got under way this year. The 36-flat, five storey block will be replaced by two new blocks, designed by PRP Architects, ranging from 4 storeys to 10 storeys in height, containing 153 flats and maisonettes, 111 of which will be affordable.
