The Montpelier Estates project at Central Park Royal has been approved. The site, neighbouring Central Middlesex Hospital, will house three linked commercial units designed by HLM Architects, which will provide almost 19,000 sqm of space for treatment facilities, as well as retail space, a cafe and creche. The reserved matters approval related to appearance, landscaping, scale and access. |
