Hillingdon freezes Council Tax
LB Hillingdon has frozen its council tax for the second year in a row. The decision was formalised at the annual Hillingdon Council budget meeting at the Civic Centre in Uxbridge. The council is making cuts, with some job losses expected. Councillor Bianco added: "Efficiency of services is our prioritisation, there remains much duplication within the council, and we aim to address this and improve our services."
