LB Brent is a "land of opportunity" often overlooked by developers, says an EG columnist. The Council's recently published vision for Alpertonis used as an example of the opportunities that can be found in Brent by Estates Gazette columnist Jackie Sadek, Chair of BURA. She draws attention to the infrastructure advantages of the location - with rail, underground and canal links already in place - and its proximity to the large employment area at Park Royal.
