Two applications for new industrial units, one for a 21,000sqm unit, have been submitted to LB Hounslow. Volume Developments and Promark Investment Trust have submitted plans for a 21,000sqm industrial unit in Hounslow. The new building would be on the site of the Arena Building on Cranford Way in the Parkway Industrial Park.In a separate development, Dewhurst have submitted plans to replace and extend their unit on the Hampton Farm industrial estate in Feltham with a scheme designed by PRC Architects. |
