| Britannia Close gets go ahead | |
The new council homes enabled by HCA funding on Britannia Close in Northolt have been given the go ahead. Full planning permission has been granted for the PCKO Architects designed, 19 home, £1.6m scheme. The £2m Eastcote Lane scheme enabled by the same funding, also designed by PCKO, would provide 30 flats and six houses on the Northolt site in two four storey blocks. This scheme also has planning permission, and has now gone to tender. See previous coverage. |
