| Albany sell Dexion and Howarine | |
Albany Homes have sold their Dexion & Howarine House sites. The Highgate developer has sold the twin sites on Empire Way in Wembley to Pearce Ridge. Albany have submitted John Macaslan & Partners designed plans for a redevlopment of the site to provide over 18,000 sqm of mixed use space. DP9, who were advising Albany, are reported to have been retained by Pearce. |
