Green Man Regen goes online

A2Dominion & Rydon's Green Man Lane estate regeneration programme now has a website, designed to help communications with stakeholders in the £137m project.

The website will provide residents, neighbours and interested groups with regular updates on the project, including dates of working group meetings and other forthcoming events and information about the design and construction process.

Simon Hall, A2Dominion’s head of Community Development, comments: “The new website gives residents a central, easily accessible place to find out more about the regeneration process and provide feedback to the regeneration project team".

“It’s an interesting opportunity for residents, as they will learn a great deal about whatever aspect of the project that they choose to be involved in.

In partnership with Ealing Council, Rydon, A2Dominion and Conran & Partners are currently working with the community to develop plans and initiatives to improve the homes and facilities on the Green Man Lane estate.

Current plans for the project will see the phased demolition of the 464 homes on the estate and 346 new properties built for affordable rent and 91 for shared ownership.  A further 309 homes are being planned and will be available to buy outright.

In addition to providing new homes and community facilities, the redevelopment is aimed at linking the estate more effectively to West Ealing town centre and contributing to the regeneration of the wider area and community.

The website is at www.greenmanlane.co.uk.
